When does this Privacy Notice apply?

- visit us in person at one of our retail locations or cafes,
- make a purchase directly from us, or from one of our on-premises independent luxury brand partners,

Many of your favourite luxury brands are sold by independent retailers operating within Lotus Bloom store(s) (in retailer-branded boutiques). This Privacy Notice does not apply to the privacy practices of these independent retailers as they have their own privacy policies that govern their use of your information. Lotus Bloom may also have access to the information you share with these retailers as they utilize Lotus Bloom's point of sale system. This Privacy Notice will apply to our use of that information.

Personal Information is information about an identifiable individual. It does not include your business contact information when used for business related communications, or anonymous or aggregate information which does not identify you.
For the most part, Lotus Bloom collects information about you when you give it directly to us. Opt-out of sharing geolocation information |
